Gift Cards Issued Prior to January 1, 2020

Gift cards issued prior to January 1, 2020 were sold under the restaurant’s previous ownership. Following the ownership transition, we voluntarily continued to honor these gift cards for more than five and a half years as a courtesy to our guests.

As part of our upgrade to a new Point of Sale (POS) and gift card system, gift cards issued under the previous ownership could not be transferred into the new platform. As a result, these legacy gift cards are no longer redeemable.

How to Identify a Legacy Gift Card

To determine whether your gift card is a legacy card, turn it over and locate the identification number on the back.

• Gift cards with an ID number beginning with 2017, 2018, or 2019 were issued under the previous ownership and are no longer valid.
• Gift cards issued on or after January 1, 2020 remain valid and can be redeemed as usual.
